    Merge duplicates, fix formats and close broken links before anything is imported.

    Trial review

    Import a full copy into a test environment and let your team click through it.

  5. 05Validate

    Validation report

    Compare record counts and sample records against the source, side by side.

  6. 06Go live

    Cutover complete

    Final import in a quiet window, then a delta for anything created in between.

Spreadsheets and CSV exports, other CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mail, cloud drives, chat tools like Slack, and accounting systems. Where Zoho offers an official migration tool we use it; otherwise we prepare and import the data ourselves.

We plan for them from the start. Notes, activities, attachments and related records are mapped alongside the main data, and anything a target app can't hold is flagged before migration, not discovered after.
